I missed the deadline date to order pictures. Can I still place an order?
YES! Your find my photos code will be active for about four months. If it has expired, let us know and we will reactivate it for you. Or, if you still have your order form you can mail it along with payment to RB Photo & Graphics at the address on the top of your form.
How long do I have to place an order.
We keep all images indefinitely. Unlike other companies we do not set firm deadlines and dispose of your images.
Where can I find my online code?
Your online code is printed on your proof sheet. If you misplaced your proof sheet or never received one, please email us at RBPhotographer@me.com with your child’s name, the school, and an approximate timeframe when they were taken and we will send the code to you.
What is a Blemish Retouch?
Blemish Retouching is an add on service that removes blemishes, imperfections & scratches on the face, neck, or on their clothing. Any additional services can be made upon request and are subject to $5 fee. Each image that prints are ordered from is examined for minor imperfections such as snot and fixed automatically.
What is a Digital Image or File?
A Digital Image or File can be purchased in different sizes. Large fIle - high resolution image, and Small File - Small resolution image (social media). A Copyright Release is included with your purchase; allowing your image to be shared and printed. Images can be downloaded IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE from the website.. Group or Class Photos are not available in digital form for privacy reasons. Digital Images are not photoshopped. For special circumstances please email us.
Can I order additional photos online?
Absolutely! We keep all photos on file. We never destroy old images! If your code has expired please email us and we can reactivate it or create a new one for you. Codes are active for approximately four months.
What Personal Information do we collect? How do we use that information?
Any personal information that we collect will never be shared with a third party. It will only be used for the purpose of mailing your photos or contacting you with questions pertaining to your order.
How do we keep your information secure?
Although no website, application, database or system is completely secure or “hacker proof,” we have safeguards in place to protect against unauthorized access and disclosures of the personal information we control, including technical, physical and administrative safeguards and security measures. We have monthly system checks with Trustwave, the industry’s leading data security and compliance program and we have daily checks from Sitelock, the global leader in website security.
